Color By Culture Policies
All coloring pages are delivered to you digitally by e-mail. You can then download, print and color! You will not receive a physical product in the mail. Because of their digital nature, coloring pages cannot be refunded. However, if you are having trouble downloading your coloring page, please e-mail me and I’ll be happy to help: colorbyculture@gmail.com .
All artwork is by me, Diana Murray, and is copyrighted. My artwork may not be resold in any way for a profit. Please feel free to share pages within your own household, or if you are a teacher, within your own class only. If you would like permission to share these pages for other non-profit purposes, please contact me at colorbyculture@gmail.com.
Personalized Coloring Pages are a service that is first come, first serve. If you request a coloring page, be sure to allow 2 weeks for your personalization to be completed. There may be times when I am unable to take your request, due to volume of orders. You will be notified of how long you will need to wait for your order and have the option not to proceed and receive a full refund. Once you have agreed to a finish date, no refunds are available. In the unlikely case that I am unable to complete your personalized order (due to an emergency, injury, etc), you will be notified as soon as possible and issued a full refund.
Photo Policy - If you are ordering a Personalized Coloring Page I will need a photo reference. Your photos will never be shared online or in promotional materials without first getting your written permission. Only photos of yourself or your immediate family can be shared. If you are getting a personalized page for someone else, I cannot share their photos online.
